Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any subscription, package, or digital service.

1. General Policy

Stenoveer Shorthand Academy strives to provide high-quality educational content, dictation tests, study materials, and online examination services. By purchasing any package, course, subscription, or digital product, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
  • Payment deducted but service not activated.
  • Technical failure from our side.
  • Other exceptional cases approved by support.
Refund requests should generally be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Course or package already used.
  • Premium content accessed or downloaded.
  • Audio dictations, tests, PDFs or study materials utilized.
  • User dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
  • Package details not reviewed before purchase.
  • Account suspended due to policy violations.
  • Subscription validity already consumed.
Important: Digital educational products are generally non-refundable once accessed or consumed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel future renewals at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid fees.

  • Current subscription remains active until expiry.
  • No partial refunds for unused validity periods.
  • Cancellation does not affect completed transactions.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users should provide:

  • Registered Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Reason for Refund Request

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 7–10 business days for UPI transactions.
  • 7–14 business days for Card payments.
  • As per bank processing timelines.

7. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but access is not granted, please contact support immediately. Such cases are normally resolved after payment verification.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

False chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving services may result in account suspension and future access restrictions.

9. Policy Changes

Stenoveer reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
